With seating of up to 3,200 people, concession prep area, ticketing center, portable stage and plenty of parking, the Alan Jay Arena is the perfect place to hold your next concert style event!
We are dedicated to making sure any event held here will be successful. In doing this, we will help promote your concert in any way we can.
We have great relationships with local advertising agencies including newspapers, radio stations and billboard owners. Any special rates we have acquired through these agencies will be passed on to you! We also have a digital sign to help promote your event!
Private Events
Fundraisers, Banquets, Christmas Parties, Festivals, Scrap-booking Retreats, Dog Shows – you name it, we can help you with any type of event you are planning! With seating of up to 3,200 throughout bleachers & floor seats, up to 1,000 banquet style and plenty of bare floor space, you can hold just about any type event here at the Alan Jay Arena!
There is plenty of parking, a kitchen prep area, ticketing center and a variety of tables and chairs for your use!
Sporting Events
Here at the Alan Jay Arena, there is 28,000 square feet of space to hold your next sporting event. All types of events such as cheerleading competitions, wrestling, cage fighting and more can be done right here. With Highlands County being centrally located, it’s a great place to draw people from all over.
Trade Shows
With space to accommodate up to 200 booths, any type of trade show would fit comfortably in the Alan Jay Arena! Gun & Knife shows, Craft Shows, Scrap-booking Shows, Jewelry Shows, Outdoor Expos and a lot more! Plenty of parking, secure ticketing center, lobby entrance, plenty of electric, concession prep area, RV hook-ups and more.
Weddings
The Alan Jay Arena is the perfect place to hold your wedding ceremony and / or reception. With the ability to accommodate from 10-1,000 guests banquet style and our experienced staff, your special day will surely be the day you have always dreamed of!
There are several ways to use the 28,000 square feet of space available so let us help you come up with a plan! Catering station, plenty of parking, built in PA system, use of up to 50 tables w/ 400 chairs and more to help with your special day.
We also work closely with several great wedding vendors in the area and would be happy to help you in any way we can to put you in touch with photographers, decorators, planners, caterers and more!
