Sponsorship Opportunities

The Highlands County Fair is held annually in February and is a 501c3 non-profit organization established in 1937. Each year we are proud to host over two hundred 4-H and FFA youth exhibiting projects such as livestock, crafts and citrus. We also offer events for the adults to participate in such as Community Arts and Crafts. The Highlands County Fair welcomes over 35,000 patrons that attend the nine (9) day Fair annually to enjoy a wide array of food, exhibits, shows and carnival rides. The 88th Annual Highlands County Fair will be held February 7th-15th, 2025.

The Highlands County Fair Association is run on the generosity of volunteers, and we operate with the help of sponsorships and donations, without which we would not be a Fair at all. All sponsorships are a tax-deductible investment that will benefit both the Fair and your business. Your sponsorship will go toward different expenses such as tickets, trophies, ribbons, building supplies, entertainment and much more. We are proud to offer a unique way to help enhance your business marketing, exposure, advertising and public relations goals while bringing you the gift of agriculture, education and recognition to our county’s youth.

We offer a wide variety of sponsorship opportunities in addition to the packages below and on the accompanying pages. We are more than happy to work with you to create a custom sponsorship that can include any of the listed package benefits in addition to ‘a la carte’ items to best match your business objectives. Depending on the sponsorship investment, the following are some examples of the unique opportunities that can be tailored to achieve your marketing and community outreach goals.

$1,500 – Gold Sponsor

  • 10 – Unlimited Ride Tickets (Redeemable only on days which wristbands are sold)

  • 25% ‘A La Carte’ Discount (excludes Livestock sponsorships)
  • Name/Logo Included in radio and public print newspaper and flyers

$3,000 – Day Sponsor / Entertainment Major Sponsor

  • Name on website and daily digital/printed handouts
  • Name announced in radio advertising as “Name of Sponsor Day”
  • Name/Logo (large sign) on the sponsorship board located at the entrance to the fairgrounds
  • 30 – General Admission Tickets
  • 20 – Unlimited Ride Tickets (Redeemable only on days which wristbands are sold)
  • 2 – banners placed on the fence surrounding the fairgrounds
  • Banners moved to entry/exit gate(s) during the day of sponsorship
